What warranty is offered for PURE GAS Exclusive Bats?
Our BigHeadBats Exclusive PURE GAS Softball Bats come with a STANDARD LIMITED LIFETIME PURE warranty. This covers any manufacturer defects that could have occurred at our factory. It doesn't cover usual wear and tear but includes issues like broken end caps, knobs, and excessive paint flaws. If the barrel or handle breaks, a PURE engineer will inspect the bat. If it's found out of spec, a repair or replacement will be provided at PURE’s discretion.

When will my Pre-Ordered Bat be delivered?
Many of our Slowpitch Softball Bats In 2024, are custom-made, and include tons of details and graphics to the barrels. Please allow10-12 weeks for delivery. Each bat needs to be manufactured, assembled, and pass our rigorous quality control tests before it's packaged and shipped to you.
What is your return policy?
Given that our exclusive bats are custom-made, we're unable to offer a refund on Exclusive Bat orders. Please ensure that you're absolutely sure before finalizing your purchase of the best Slow Pitch Softball Bats in the game.
Is there FREE SHIPPING?
Absolutely! We offer free shipping on our Exclusive Bats wherever possible.
However, Big Head Bats LLC reserves the right to charge a fee for shipping to locations falling outside the parameters of usual and customary shipping costs.
